Hey! I knew you would find me. I was wondering what took you so long. We don't have much time left so let's just let bygones be bygones, OK? I have so much to tell you. xoxo alice pham tomljenovic

Brunch at the Santa Monica Urth Cafe. Dave, Jason's daughter Elise, Donna(?), French guy Lone, Pedja, Matt and Jason.

Me flying Matt's $150-kite. Me letting go of Matt's $150-kite. Matt's $150-kite tore and doesn't fly anymore.

I didn't eat much at brunch because we binged with Matt the night before at an all-you-can-eat Korean buffet. After the sobering low-carb, low-food brunch with the bunch, we decide to go fly a kite on the windiest day ever in L.A. The trick is holding on, I found out. Later that night at a party, I spotted Kenneth Brown, of reDesign. Holy Moly! My other favorite interior designer! I subjected him to a whole litany of embarassing forms of adoration. He sweetly said that Mick and I were the cutest couple in the room. Aww. But we quickly lost rank when that French guy Lone and his girlfriend arrived.
